Albany is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Albany follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

They are a bunch of SCAMMERS. Change my inner and outer tie rod for 1500, totally overpriced and the worst part is when they did that work, they "accidentally" or completely intensionally disconnected the alternator so my car has problems turning on and loss of power when I was accelerating, also the abs ligths and vsa on the dashboard, I came back, tell them to fix it, they refuse to fix and they gave me a quote for new abs's sensor for 760, when the only problem in my car, was they disconnected my alternator, so I decide to go to another mechanic in 10 minutos he connected the alternator back, the car is completely fine and without problems and this bunch of scammers wanted to charge 760 for new sensors. I dont recommend you let this scammers touch your car or they will charge for unnecessary changes which are overpriced.

they are honestly scammers and i hate that for them. people usually spend lots of money on servicing their car and for them to be con artist on top is crazy. I got 2 tires on 2 separate occasions and the second time my tpms light came on i brought it back several times and they claimed they โ€œfixed itโ€ and it never was they said drive around and it will turn off. I then came for a routine inspection that should have been quick in and out because my car is almost perfect as far as maintenance. For a cabin filter they charged me over 100$ but when i looked back at the receipt from the prior the โ€œpriceโ€ for the cabin filter was about 45$ for parts and labor because it was clearly stated. I confronted Jim he was not the one who charged me it was the older guy about it and he said heโ€™d comp me a โ€œfree oil changeโ€ when i was due i just took it on the chin because clearly they needed the extra 50$ i went to another shop for an oil change and without even asking the workers they fixed my tpms light with no issues or telling me the same bs that mr.tire did about the light โ€œturning offโ€ after driving it for a while. the older gentleman always has โ€œcomputer issuesโ€ when itโ€™s time to pay no tha

I walked into the establishment and spoke with the employee about my immediate need, they responded with professionalism and knowledge about my situation. The manager gave me a strategy for my situation and made sure that the issue was resolved quickly and cost effective which allowed me to have the work done. The job was 10 stars over beyond.

Absolutely awful experience. Do not go here unless you want to waste three hours of your time for something as simple as getting a tire changed. I made an 11:30 AM appointment at 7 AM this morning for a tire change, waited 3 hours for them not even to be able to change the tire. Not to mention another gentleman made an appointment for 1:00pm and was out of there by 1:30. Assistant Manager Tim is clueless on how to do his job, like operate their point of sale system, has horrible customer service skills and is out of it. He told a customer that just paid, that his receipt wasnโ€™t from today and that it was back in mayโ€ฆ We are in may. Everything about this place was ridiculous and unprofessional. Would not go to this place as there are many other better options, not far in proximity to them. I was just unfortunate enough to chose them.

This was a terrible experience. I called to order tires on a Friday and was told I had to go to the store to put a deposit down so they could be ordered and would be in the following day - on Saturday. I left work early and went to the store to put down $672. I was given an appointment for 2:00 the following day. Before I left my house the following day, I called to confirm the time. I was told the tires wouldn't be in until Monday and I could come in some time that week. I had explained when I ordered them that I needed the tires done by Saturday because I needed to go see my father who was very sick and the family was all coming in to see him on Sunday. He was in Connecticut and one of my tires had a leak and constantly needed air so it had to be replaced before I could drive that far. I was assured the tires would be in on Saturday. I ended up having to get the tires on Saturday elsewhere. I have called Mr Tire numerous times for a refund of the $672. Its been almost 3 weeks and I have not seen a credit. No one will return my call. Good luck if you choose to use this place!
